Is a granite door frame better than a teak wood frame?
Granite is a very stable stone (also likely slightly radioactive) and it’s thermal expansion coefficient is around 8 vs pine wood at around 30 (perpendicular to grain direction) however Teak (tectona grandis) is much lower between 3.7–11 so both Granite and Teak would be good choices for door frames so long as they are properly supported.
As far is chip dent and scratch resistance, both can be damaged by moving furniture or any heavy objects but possibly Granite would be harder to repair/restore.

Calculation of granite or marble stone for door or window framing is done in running feet in normal manner. Calculation is to be done considering the stone width of 6 inches.
